Ok, so there are basically two types of oil diffusers I want to touch on. There's ultrasonic and nebulizing; depending on what you want to do will determine which diffuser you'll want to purchase. I took a visit to my local Earth Fare to check out what they have to offer. By far, the majority offered were ultrasonic....personally, I think it was a cost thing. My Favorite MixesPlease note, I use an ultrasonic diffuser, so my mixtures will consists of drops to be added to water. My diffuser hold 100ml of water; others will be more or less (I've seen 30ml, 210ml). CALMING All day, every day....Lavender (8 drops per 100ml) Patchouli, Cedarwood, & Eucalyptus (6 drops each per 100ml) PICK-ME-UP Peppermint & Lemon (4 drops Peppermint, 6 drops Lemon per 100ml) As always, enjoy!
