Why isn't there a physical address for order pick-up or a showroom?
  • We make & package all orders out of a small workshop and are not equipped for a gallery or order pick-up directly from Zhi.  ​We are actively looking to partner with local businesses to carry Zhi products.

​What is your contact information?
  • Please feel free to contact us by clicking here to send an email as this is the fastest way to contact us. Because we are a small family-owned business and our orders are made when purchased, the team is primarily mixing, pouring and packaging during business hours.  We monitor our email throughout the day as opposed to having a dedicated person(s) to monitor the phone.

What are your hours of operation?
  • Zhi is open for business Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm to make, fill, and ship all orders for the day.  However, the website is open for business 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

How much product do you keep in stock?
  • Great question!  Except for any products brought back to the shop after a pop-up show or other event,  we don't normally have inventory readily available for purchase.   However, all items are handmade and packaged within 72 hours of receiving your order so each product purchased is at it's freshest when it arrives to it's new home.  :)

Do you have the capability to make and ship large orders?
  • Absolutely!  Depending on the item ordered and the size of the order, there is a 2 - 6 week processing time.  For example, ordering 300 DewLips balms would require 2 weeks, whereas 300 small gift sets requires 4 to 6 weeks.

What carrier do you use for shipping?
  • We currently use FedEx Ground.  For smaller purchases, we also use USPS to save customers on expensive shipping costs. Send an email for an estimate on shipping via USPS.

What countries do you ship to?
  • We currently only ship within the continental U.S. As we grow as a company we will begin shipping outside U.S. borders.

What do I do about issues with my package?
  • Any lost/damaged package claims must be filed with the delivery carrier.
