Shipping

  1. What carrier do you use for shipping?

    We currently use FedEx for all of our shipping needs based on what is selected at the time of purchase.

  2. What countries to you ship to?

    We currently ship worldwide. If you can provide us with a physical address, we can ship your package.  Please note that shipping costs are higher for orders shipped outside of the continental United States.

Customer Service

  1. Why is there no physical address for a showroom or pick-up?

    We currently produce and ship all orders out of our lab and warehouse. We do, however, look forward to the coming year or so to moving into a space that will house a gallery to showcase all our products.

  2. What is your contact information?

    Please feel free to contact us by clicking here to send an email.  You can also contact us via our message line at 704-756-7185.  Please be advised that the fastest way to contact us is via email. We are a small family-owned business and we all work together to provide you the best we have to offer.  With that, it is easiest for monitor our email throughout the day as opposed to having a dedicated person(s) to monitor the phone line.

  3. What are your hours of operation?

    Zhi is open for business Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 4pm to make, fill, and ship all orders for the day.  However, the website is open for business 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

  1. Can you special order a fragrance if I don't see it listed on your site?

    We do try our best to keep the most up-to-date listing of fragrances.  If you send us an email or leave a message with the fragrance you desire, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

General Information

  1. How did you come up with the name Zhi and how do you say it?

    The name Zhi is Chinese for wisdom; knowledge.  Since being diagnosed with psoriasis, the owner of Zhi has been on a mission to gain as much of both as she can in an effort to help others in the same situation. She oftens says, "If I can help just one somebody, my labor is not in vain. That motivates me to push to help another.".

     

    Zhi is pronounced CHEE.

YOU ASKED, WE LISTENED!

Please excuse us and the difference in some of our product photos.  We are currently in the process of updating our labeling and packaging. In doing so, some product labels are still in the design phase and do not show updated photos.  Rest assured, however, that all products will have the newly updated packaging PRIOR to being shipped.
